Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data 360 Technology Group LLC (“we”) collects through cadmcp.ai and the CADMCP.AI online service, why, how long we keep it, and your choices.
1. Who is responsible
360 Technology Group LLC, 6201 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210, is responsible for your personal data. Contact us at info@cadmcp.ai or +1 (888) 360-0035.
2. What we collect, and why
Your account
When you create an account: your username, name, email address and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form by WordPress), your plan and subscription status. We use it to run your account, provide the service, send you service and early access emails, and keep records the law requires.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep payment records such as the amount, date, plan, billing name and address, and Stripe may share the card brand and last four digits with us. Stripe’s use of your data is covered by Stripe’s privacy policy.
What passes through our server
When your AI app uses CADMCP.AI, the requests it sends to our tools and the results that come back pass through our server. Results can include feature names, dimensions, materials, custom properties, mates, measurements, document titles and file names, and screenshots. They are handled in memory to deliver them, and are not stored. Screenshots and full file paths leave your computer only if you allow them in the agent.
Your CAD files stay on your computer; the agent does not upload them. We do not train AI models on your requests, results or files.
The results are delivered to your AI app. What your AI provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) does with your conversations is governed by your agreement with them and their privacy policy, not by this one.
Security audit log
For each call we record the time, your account, the AI app, the computer, the tool name, fingerprints (SHA-256 hashes) of the request and the result, their sizes, the outcome and how long it took. The log holds no request or result content. We use it to protect the service, investigate problems and show you your activity.
Agent connection data
When you pair a computer: an identifier for the pairing, a fingerprint of the computer, the computer’s name, the agent version, the agent’s public key, and the IP address it last connected from. We use it to route requests only to your own computers and to keep the connection secure.
Contact form messages
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email, and any company, phone number, CAD program, topic and message you enter, with your consent. The form sends them by email to info@cadmcp.ai, and we use them to answer you. [placeholder: confirm whether the website also stores a copy, for example with a storage add-on]
Web server logs
Our servers log each request’s IP address, time, address requested and result, to keep the site secure and working. They never contain passwords or access tokens.
3. Cookies
- Login cookies. WordPress sets cookies when you log in, to keep you signed in and to protect your session. They are needed for the account area and are not used for tracking.
- Payment cookies. Stripe may set cookies on payment pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Statistics. Our site runs on WordPress and may use plugins such as Jetpack or Google Site Kit. If we turn on their statistics or analytics features, they may set cookies or collect information about how you use the site, and we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires. [placeholder: state whether any analytics are switched on, and which]
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
4. Who we share data with

- Stripe, for payments.
- Our hosting provider: [placeholder: website and service hosting providers].

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or our users. If the business is sold, data may pass to the buyer under this policy.
