Legal Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and 360 Technology Group LLC (“we”, “us”) for using cadmcp.ai and the CADMCP.AI online service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CADMCP.AI is operated by 360 Technology Group LLC, a [placeholder: state of organisation] limited liability company, at 6201 Fairview Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210. Contact: info@cadmcp.ai, +1 (888) 360-0035.
2. Early access
The CADMCP.AI online service is in development. Before it opens, you can create a free account to join early access; it does not give access to a working service. We may change the plans, features and prices described on the site before launch, and we will tell early access members by email when the service opens.
3. What the service is
CADMCP.AI is an online connector that lets an AI app you choose (such as Claude or OpenAI Codex) use tools that work with a CAD program on your own computer, through the CADMCP.AI Agent you install there. We do not provide AI apps, AI usage or CAD software:
- Your AI app, and its usage, are provided and billed by your AI provider under their terms.
- Your CAD software is licensed to you by its vendor under their terms. You are responsible for holding a valid licence and for using it as that licence allows.
4. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Each seat is for one named person. Do not share sign-ins.
- You must be at least [placeholder: minimum age] years old and able to make a binding contract.
5. Human approval and responsibility for designs
The service is designed so that changes to your models run only after a person approves them inside the CAD program. You decide what to approve. AI output, models, drawings, bills of materials and exports are drafts: they can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable, and you must check them before you rely on them. You remain responsible for your engineering decisions. Do not use the service for safety-critical, structural, pressure, lifting, medical, aerospace or vehicle parts without independent review by a qualified professional.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
- process export-controlled data with the online service, including data controlled under ITAR or the EAR, or use it from a sanctioned country or for a sanctioned person;
- try to get around the approval card, the agent’s checks or the service’s security, or access another person’s account or computer;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service, except as allowed by our disclosure policy;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the service.
7. Plans, payment and renewal
- Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- You can cancel on your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals. [placeholder: confirm whether access continues to the end of the paid period]
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least [placeholder: notice period] before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
- Founding Member offer: 40% off the yearly price for the first 200 yearly Pro or Team seats, with the price locked for 2 years from purchase while the subscription stays active. The offer closes on 30 June 2027 or when 200 seats are taken.
8. Refunds
There is no free trial. Your first payment comes with a 14-day refund, as set out in the Refund Policy.
9. Your data
Your models, files and requests belong to you. You give us permission to pass them through and process them only as needed to run the service for you. We do not train AI models on them and we do not sell them. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and keep.
10. The agent software
The CADMCP.AI Agent, and any add-in installed with it, are licensed to you under the Agent software licence.
11. Security, in plain words
We work hard to protect the service, but no online service is perfectly secure. By design, if our server were compromised, an attacker could read model details from connected computers, move the selection or camera, and place change requests in front of you, but could not approve them. Read change requests before you approve them, and use the agent’s pause switch if anything looks wrong.
12. Changes to the service, and availability
We may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Your computer must be on, with the agent running, for the service to reach your CAD program.
13. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your payment fails, or if we must to protect the service or other users. Where we can, we will warn you first.
14. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
15. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [placeholder: liability cap, for example the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
[placeholder: governing law, courts or arbitration, and venue]
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
