Legal Agent software licence

Agent software licence

This end-user licence covers the CADMCP.AI Agent and any add-in or component installed with it (together, “the software”), from 360 Technology Group LLC (“we”). By installing or using the software, you agree to it. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. Your licence

While you have an active CADMCP.AI account, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on computers you own or control, up to the number of computers your plan allows, only to use the CADMCP.AI service. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, modify or distribute the software, except for one backup copy.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this despite this limit.
  • Get around, switch off or interfere with the approval card, the pause switch, request signing or any other safety or security feature.
  • Use it to reach a computer, account or CAD licence that is not yours to use.
  • Remove notices, or rent, lend or sublicense the software.

3. What the software does on your computer

  • It runs under your Windows user account and opens an encrypted outgoing connection to our service. It opens no incoming ports.
  • It receives signed requests from our service for your account, checks them, and passes allowed requests to your CAD program through the program’s official interface.
  • Changes to your models are shown for approval in the CAD program and run only when a person approves them.
  • It sends back the results of requests. It sends screenshots and full file paths only if you allow them. It does not upload your CAD files.
  • It keeps a local list of recent calls, and offers Pause AI access and Unpair.

4. Updates

The software may download and install updates. It accepts only updates signed by us. Some updates may be needed to keep using the service.

5. Your CAD software and other components

The software works with CAD programs you license from their vendors. This licence gives you no rights to those programs; you must hold a valid licence and follow its terms. The software may include open-source components, which are covered by their own licences: [placeholder: location of the third-party notices file].

6. Ownership

We and our licensors own the software and all rights in it, apart from the limited licence given to you here.

7. Ending this licence

This licence ends when your CADMCP.AI account ends, or if you break it. When it ends, unpair and uninstall the software.

8. Export laws

You will follow the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you, and you will not use the software in a sanctioned country or for a sanctioned person. Do not use the online service for export-controlled data, such as ITAR data.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The limits on liability in the Terms of Service apply to the software.
