Connectors
One connector URL. Twelve CAD programs on the list.
Each CAD program gets its own connector that works through that program’s official interface. Your AI app always uses the same CADMCP.AI URL; the agent on your computer talks to whichever program you use.
- In development Being built now. For SOLIDWORKS, the automation itself is already built.
- Planned On the list, not built or tested yet.
- In developmentSOLIDWORKSSOLIDWORKS API
Our first connector. The SOLIDWORKS automation exists today as our SOLIDWORKS add-in; the online connector and agent are in development.
See the connector - PlannedAutoCADAutoCAD .NET API and AutoLISP
Drawing work in DWG files: layers, blocks, attributes, dimensions, layouts and clean-up.
See the connector - PlannedAutodesk InventorInventor API and iLogic parameters
Parametric parts, assemblies and drawings through Inventor's own automation interface.
See the connector - PlannedAutodesk FusionFusion API (Python and C++)
Sketches, features, parameters and components through the Fusion scripting and add-in API.
See the connector - PlannedRevitRevit API (.NET)
Building model queries, parameter work, schedules and sheets through the Revit API.
See the connector - PlannedPTC CreoCreo TOOLKIT and J-Link
Parameters, relations, features and drawings through Creo's official programming toolkits.
See the connector - PlannedCATIACATIA Automation (COM)
Part design, parameters, product structure and drafting through CATIA Automation.

How every connector works
No screen scraping
Every connector is designed to use the program’s own published interface: an API, an add-in framework or a scripting interface. Nothing clicks through the screen on its own.
The AI proposes. A person approves. Then it runs.
Your AI app can read, measure and plan. Anything that would change your model becomes a request that shows the exact change. It runs only after a person approves it inside the CAD program, and you can always decline.
Your copy, your computer
You need your own licensed copy of each program. What a connector can do depends on the program, its edition and your licence.
