Refund Policy

There is no free trial. Instead, your first payment comes with a 14-day refund, so you can try CADMCP.AI properly with your own AI app and CAD program.
1. The 14-day refund
- If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment to CADMCP.AI and we will refund that payment in full, including any tax charged on it.
- It applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first paid plan, monthly or yearly.
- When we refund it, your plan ends.
2. How to ask
Email info@cadmcp.ai from the address on your account, with “Refund” in the subject. You do not need to give a reason, though we would like to hear it. The refund goes back through Stripe to the card you paid with; your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
3. Renewals and cancelling
- Plans renew automatically. Cancel on your account page before the renewal date to stop the next payment.
- Renewal payments, and payments after the first 14 days, are not refunded, and we do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it or we have made a mistake.
- If we charge you in error, or charge you twice, we will refund the mistake.
4. Team and Enterprise
For Team plans, the 14-day refund covers the first payment for the seats bought in it. Enterprise plans billed by invoice follow the refund terms in the order or contract.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
